It is possible to have an affordable living in Stockholm.

12-10-18

Part Time Home is continuing to defy Stockholm’s rising rent prices. The current housing shortage has not stopped us from delivering nice and affordable accommodations to our customers.

Summer is right around the corner and the streets of Stockholm will soon be full of tourists from all over the world. Due to the summer season most of the city’s hotels bump up their prices. Families who´s going on vacation are renting out their places to an over prize that is often hard to match for the tenants. For a company with employees who are currently working in Stockholm this could be a big economic bump, but there is a solution to the problem.

Part-Time Home is offering nice and cozy housing to both private persons and companies. We are not only more affordable than most hotels in Stockholm, we can also offer better prices than most of our rival apartment hotels.

The homely apartments come in different sizes and all of them are equipped with both kitchens and bathrooms. Beyond the cozy homely feeling Part-Time homes is also offering services like housekeeping once a week and a day-time open reception. Parking, gym, sauna and laundry rooms is also included in the price.

The hotels in the north and south of Stockholm are both located close to the E4 which makes it easy to get around Stockholm by car. Subways and commuter trains is also located within walking distance. Even though the hotels are close to central Stockholm the area still has a peaceful small town-feeling to it. Restaurants, grocery stores and fast food joint are only a few minutes away.

The lovely summer season can easily be expensive. Part-Time Home is the perfect solution for they who wants to live in a safe and cheap environment during their time in Stockholm.
