Read more about the experience of being a guest at Part-Time Home. We answer all questions such as check-in, parking and what is included in your stay with us.

How to check-in?

You check in yourself through a check-in machine located right next to the reception desk at the hotel. This is also where you get your key. We send out a text message with the access code and your booking reference on your arrival date.

You are always welcome to check-in with our staff in the reception during opening hours.
We are also providing 24/7 service by phone.

What is the check-out time on the day of departure?

Check-out is until noon on the day of departure. Leave the keys at the reception or in the express check-out box available at the reception.

How can I pay?

Payment is always made before arrival via a payment link, which we send by email. It is not possible to pay upon arrival. We accept most credit cards types except American Express.

If you book as a company you can pay by invoice, contact our Corporate Sales on 010-762 47 13 if this option is desired.

What is included in the price?

The price includes electricity, water, Wi-Fi, room fresh-up 1 time per week including bed linens and towels. Free access to the laundry room and garbage room. It also includes admission to the gym on the sights. Guests must pick up gym cards at the reception to get access to the gym. In Rotebro & Rotebro Station the price also includes Smart TV in all apartments.

We would like to make a reservation for our company?

About 85% of our guests are corporate. If you would like to know more about corporate rates or if you are in need of many apartments, please contact our Corporate Sales at 010-762 47 20 for a quotation.

What if I do not find an available apartment on the website on the dates I want?

All our apartments are not bookable on our online booking, please send an email on or call us on +46 010-762 47 20 for help with a reservation.

The apartment type I’m looking for is not available on the website?

Can I rent a storage at the hotels?

We sadly don’t have the possibility to rent out storage space anymore.

Is there parking outside the hotels?

Yes, follow instructions on the signs from the parking lot administrator.
